Instructions for Adding Calendar to Your Device

Click the tab below to select instructions for your calendar app.

iCalendar (iMac, Macbook, iPad, iPhone, iPod, etc.)

  • Open settings
  • Select Accounts
  • Select Add Account
  • Select Other
  • Select Add Subscribed Calendar
  • Copy the URL below and paste in the entry for ‘Server’ select next

Microsoft Outlook Calendar

  • Open Outlook Calendar
  • Under ‘Home’ tab, click ‘Open Calendar’, and select ‘From Internet…'
  • Copy and paste URL below into the blank space and click ‘OK’

Google Calendar

  • Open Google Calendar
  • Select ‘Settings’
  • Under ‘General’, click ‘Add Calendar’ to open the dropdown, and select ‘From URL’
  • Copy and paste the URL below into the blank space, leave the ‘Make the calendar publicly available’ box blank, and click ‘Add Calendar’
